Main tasks in APO-SYS: Medicel provides the Medicel Integrator research infrastructure and its integrated data warehouse as 'work space' for the APO-SYS project partners. The software platform is used in an overreaching manner for (1) project management; (2) project-specific data and knowledge gathering and interpretation; (3) development of new method libraries for the wet lab and in silico analysis; (4) high level integration of data into pathways for new hypothesis generation and testing.
